Shortie Bubble coat Botanical Splatter

Shortened version of the original Bubble coat. Made in a soft cotton basket weave shell and interlined with a cotton batting with front pockets and a front tie. To cinch at the waist or tie in back to keep open. 

Layers of green, grey and pink clouds then splattered with dried flowers for shades of  with blue, yellow and olive.
